However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Eligibility for Refunds:
We offer refunds for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging
- The product is returned within14 days of the delivery date
- The product has not been tampered with or used in any way
- The product is not a prescription medication or other regulated item that cannot be returned by law
Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for certain items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for prescription medications or other regulated items due to regulatory and safety reasons.

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at (+88) 01902-934743. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a refund following our refund policy.
